Delete Your Account
Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your Marset Paris account directly from the app. Here's how:
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Marset Paris app.
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom right).
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo).
- Your favorites list.
- Your Firebase authentication account.
What We May Retain
- Order records may be retained for legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, contact us and we will process your request within 48 hours:
