- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you sign up via email, Google, Apple, or phone number.
- Order information: Shipping address, order details, and payment transaction IDs (processed via Bankily B-PAY).
- Usage data: App crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) to improve stability.
- Device information: Device type and operating system for app compatibility.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To process and deliver your orders.
- To send order confirmation and status updates.
- To provide customer support.
- To improve app performance and fix crashes.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Bankily B-PAY. We do not store your Bankily passcode. Payment processing occurs on secure servers via encrypted connections. We only store transaction IDs for order tracking.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Firebase (Google): For authentication, database, crash reporting, and app hosting.
- Bankily: For payment processing (phone number and transaction data only).
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, Firebase App Check, and secure authentication protocols.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data through your profile in the app.
- Update your name and profile information at any time.
- Delete your account and all associated data from the app settings. See our account deletion page.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Order records are kept for legal and accounting purposes. When you delete your account, your personal data and favorites are permanently removed.
8. Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
