Welcome to Marset Paris. By using our mobile application, you agree to the following terms.
1. About the Service
Marset Paris is a mobile e-commerce platform that sells curated clean beauty products sourced from France and delivered to customers in Mauritania.
2. Account Registration
You may create an account using email, Google, Apple, or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Products and Pricing
- All product prices are displayed in Mauritanian Ouguiya (MRU).
- Prices are converted from EUR at the current exchange rate and may vary.
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of order placement applies.
- Product availability is subject to stock from our suppliers.
4. Orders and Payment
- Orders are placed through the app and paid via Bankily B-PAY.
- By placing an order, you authorize the payment amount to be charged to your Bankily account.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Products are shipped from France to Mauritania.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and logistics.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- Tracking information will be provided when available.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the nature of beauty products and international shipping, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your Bankily account.
7. Clean Score
Our Clean Score rating is provided for informational purposes based on ingredient analysis. It is not medical or dermatological advice. Always check product ingredients for personal allergies or sensitivities.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the app's profile settings. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data, favorites, and order history. See our account deletion page for details.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to manipulate prices or payment flows.
- Resell products purchased through the app without authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability
Marset Paris provides the app "as is". We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or payment provider outages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
